About
Meet Alicia Hulsizer, a dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and proud alumna of the University of New York Polytechnic Institute, Class of 2021. Before transitioning into her nursing career, Alicia honorably served in the military as both a Military Police Officer and Armorer. Her deployment to Iraq with the 293rd MP Company spanned an intense 15 months, instilling resilience and a profound commitment to service.
Since November 2022, Alicia has become a cornerstone of advocacy for her fellow veterans. She has authored over Over half a thousand NEXUS letters and completed nearly as many DBQs, paving the way for countless veterans to secure vital connections for a wide array of conditions. Alicia specializes in representing clients with professionalism and determination, ensuring service connections for conditions ranging from lumbar spine arthritis, sleep apnea, and COPD to mental health challenges such as PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, her expertise extends to drafting letters to contest decreases and advocate for Total Disability Individual Unemployability (TDIU) claims.
